Unlock client information

This window allows a user to unlock client's details / information so as to edit or change information regarding that particular client.

How to unlock client's information client

To unlock client's information you go to Clients/unlock client's information/ and a screen like the one below shows up:

Client type: Select the client type whose unlock client's information you want to unlock. e.g. "Individual".
Choose: Click this button a window displaying clients will appear.
From the screen that appears, select the client you want to unlock their information. The client code will automatically appear in the Client code field. e.g. KA/I/000008"
Unlock date: The unlock date will also automatically appear, usually it is the date of login.
Unlock: Click on the unlock button, a screen like one below will appear. And you can then chose the aspects of the client that you need to change or edit.
